[Yaesu] FT100/857/897 activity question

Hi John,

This afternoon I turned my 2 meter Moxon from vertical to 
horizontal and discovered there is SSB activity in the area that 
I can copy with an antenna that is only 12 ft above the ground.

I had been using my 857D mostly for 6 meters and monitoring HF, 
but I think it will see some use on 2 meter SSB and maybe I'll 
put up something horizontal for 70cm too.
