[Yaesu] Radio-Mart

Radio-Mart is GOTTAHAVEIT1995 and MUTICOMM2000 . Gottahaveit is the one 
he buys under then sell as Radio Mart  He uses snipping software to beat 
out other bidders in his shady dealings. The reason he hides the bidders 
on his listings is so his pals can shill bid for him.   He is a crook 
who lies and cheats any one he can all in the name of the almighty 
dollar.He has robbed  many people in his crooked sales including myself .

Most people do not know that GOTTAHAVEIT1995 is Radio-Mart . I have sent 
reports about him to the to E-Bay listing complaints about his unfair 
and untrue write ups he places on his items for sale.  I my case he 
showed a real nice looking Drake TR-4. In his description he talked it 
up so much you would think it was fresh from the assembly line . After I 
won the auction and the item arrived I was presented with beat up 
looking tr4 poorly packed bouncing around in it's box not at all the 
item shown in the listing .  And heavily damaged.

What I did not expect was a person to show one thing and then sell me 
another The rig I bought and the one he sent where two totally different 
radios  I was able to return it as it did not work and it may or may not 
have been damaged in shipping. In any case it was not the one shown in 
his listing. At this time I just chalked it up as a learning experience 
, but it did cost me shipping from Pa.to Kentucky two times. After this 
incident I then began to watch this Martyn Allison and I was very 
surprised to find out after just a little research on my part that I am 
not the only one that has been scammed by him ..

It seems that he was also banned from E-Bay this past summer{05} for 
reasons that I do not know of. He is also banned from the CCA as well  
Be very careful when dealing with this guy. If he thinks he has 
something of any value his buddies shill bid on it for him so he can 
lure someone unsuspecting into buying an item at a overly inflated 
price.  A classic example is  He bought a Drake R4C from a person as 
GOTTAHAVEIT  for 640.00 Nice Radio all sherwood mods etc.etc. Now keep 
in mind he paid 640.00 for this drake. Now just about three weeks later 
it shows up for sale by Radio-Mart  and winds up receiving maybe twenty 
or more bids and then sells for over 1200.00 ..  You figure it out shill 
bidding at it's best and when E-Bay was made aware of this they did 
nothing.  Why hide your bidders list if you have nothing to hide ????? 
This is my experience with this guy.. If any one has any other dealings 
with him good or bad i would like to hear from you..
