[Yaesu] Output transistors

I need a pair of MRF-422's for my Ft-1000D. The dead ones
are beta code blue. I can't seem to find out what beta
range is acceptable to use in this rig. Yaesu is clueless.
RF Parts has hi and low beta but no medium (blue dot).
Communications Concepts has low beta (yellow dot). Any
info out there? Any substitutes or other sources?
