not quite.  for one thing i don't think it has a 200 w. PA.  I used to 
laugh at hams who said they needed 200 w. exciter, then I got the Mk V 
and started using the amp less, and when I did use it, it  drove the 
pair of 3-500s so much more easily being able to peak a tad above 100 
w. with no strain.  Now I look at 100 w. limit as a fairly major 
drawback.
