[Yaesu] FT101ZD history question

A discussion on the local repeater this morning lead to this question: "Did Yaesu ever make a FT101ZDA?"  I know they labelled verious updates to the ZD as the MKII and MKIII, but I seem to remember seeing one described as the FT101ZDA.  Don't know if they ever labelled it as such, and couldn't find anything on a google search.  Anyone else remember a FT101ZDA?  

And what was the difference between the MKI, MKII, and MKIII?  I am pretty certain that the MKI didn't have WARC bands, which were added in the MKII and MKIII, but which one had the optional AM/FM board?
