[Yaesu] Is 1.2GHZ FM dead?

The demand for 1.2GHz gear just doesn't exist in most places. I'm sure 
it came down to a simple matter of economics for the manufacturers.

It is interesting to note that at about the same time Icom started the 
DStar products for 1.2GHz (and now 2m and 70cm), the other guys quit 
marketing equipment for that band.
