I guess with all this 1000 lovin' I'd be out of line saying that I
still love my FT-890AT over the others I've sat in front of?  Although
that list does not include a 1000D, it does include a 920 (mine), 990,
1000MP, and 1000MP MkV.  Not extensive I admit, but if I had to save one
of my rigs, the 890 would be it.
