[Yaesu] Recommendation for repairing Yaesu FT-51R

All -

I sent my FT-51R into Yaesu and they sent me an email saying that the no
longer support the radio.

The problem I'm having is that when I replaced the battery after it ran down
with a fresh battery, the radio now only accepts frequencies in what looks
to be the Japanese 2m and 440 allocation.

Since Yaesu no longer supports the radio, I'm looking for advice on who will
work on it AND/OR some advice on how to reset the radio back to the US
allocations. Yes, I've done the resets as mentioned in the manual.
