[Yaesu] Good effective NBs

I have asked this question before in a different format, but are there any Yaesu rigs that have a good noise blanker in it that also doesn't kill receive?  I live in a pretty noise location so I need the noise blanker to cut down the noise, but on the rigs I have used recently they also hurt the receive. On CW I can hear loud stations 10khz away or more with the NB on-coming through as a raspy, aurora sounding signal. This includes the FT1000MP I am currently using.  Good NB on it, but it does affect the receive.

Are there any rigs that have effective noise blankers that won't lead to this increased IMD noises?  Or is that just the nature of a NB and the price you pay for using it?
