[Yaesu] Help PSE FT-840

Hi Tom,

The problem with your FT-840 is the PLL it is unlocking and needs to be
repaired. Unfortunately, it will continue to deteriorate until it will
remain unlocked continuously. This problem is not associated with a power
supply issue.
