[Yaesu] VX-7R One Touch Memory

	I have a VX-7R purchased last weekend at the BirmingHAMfest. I am having
problems with implementing the one touch memory functions. Are the
instructions in the manual accurate? When I do the MonF for 1/2 second, I do
not get the OTMx display. I get a single digit "1" and I have to cycle the
radio off and on to get back to normal operation.
	I can program the one touch via the programmer. But when I recall a one
touch, I could not restore normal operation without doing a master reset.
