[Yaesu] FT 5200 Problem

Outside of an outright failure, about the only thing I can think of
that may be the problem is the lithium backup battery.  I have two 
FT-5100 and one FT-5200 and haven't yet seen your problem (although 
I've seen planety of others).  

I bought one '5100 with a dead lithium battery and what it would do is 
reset a few minutes after power being removed.  This required resetting 
the RX and TX limits (as the expanded RF mod had been done) and 
reprogramming offsets, etc.

Sorry, I don't know of an independent repair facility.
