[Yaesu] VX2R no receive audio

I got caught in the rain and a bit of moisture got into my VX2R and now it
does not have any audio out the speaker or earphone jack.

 

It receives and transmits fine.

 

Can you give me an estimate on the cost of repair and/or replacement of
speaker?

 

The unit was in the vinyl case, inside a back pack and was not immersed-it
just got very damp with condensation.
