[Yaesu] G1000SDX Rotator Mast Clamp

I have cracked one of the 2 pieces which comprise the mast clamp (yes, 
tightened too tight, just as they say not to do).
HRO says they sell a set of mast clamps which are labelled as "optional 
lower mast clamps" for mounting the rotator on a pole, etc.
In the manual they look the same as the upper. Can anyone confirm whether or 
not they ar the same ?
