I have used the RT software for years on various rigs, and it always 
seems to be the most efficient and clean utilities out there.  I use it 
for the FT-8900 (practically identical to the 8800) and it works 
flawlessly ... which is good because I'd rather not manually enter 
hundreds of memories.  The software for the 8900 is not the same as the 
8800, but very similar.
