[Yaesu] FT-5200 disassembly

I just bought one with the right side lamp out and I have an FT-212RH
with all but one lamp out.  Besides getting to the lamps, has anyone
replaced the incadescent lamps with LEDs?  I would like to do this but
am unusre of what LED would best suit the purpose.
