[Yaesu] Wanted QST review on FT-1000 MK 5 Field

I am a member as well and enjoy reading QST for all the reasons stated
in the previous postings. I have also seen people join just for the use
of free resources they have. I remember one such case a Pennsylvania
ham joined only to try and get the backing from the ARRL legal service
because he thought their may be a fight with his township in the raising
of a tower .. As soon as this person realized this would not happen he
never renewed his membership.. How sad is that. If a person is only
looking for a little information I see nothing wrong with it . As the
person I have just wrote about looked for much more than just
information. I guess it's all in how you see it .. Merry Christmas To All
