Merry Christmas to all!

I thought Canada was part of North America. At least my 6th grade geography
teacher told me that and has me indoctrinated still to believe that to this
day.  Here on this side, we have North America, Central America and South
America.  And so on...

But, I do believe that the ARRL does focus on the USA. In fact, I find it
interesting that so many non-USA hams receive the magazine, including
friends of mine in India despite this!  It must be a wonderful resource to
many. I know as a member myself, I really enjoy the articles and reviews and
find that sharing them increases the chances of increasing the membership.
Shaming people into a membership rarely works.  Sharing the benefits is
probably a better way to increasing interest.

Just some Christmas morning thoughts as I wait for the family to wake up...
