[Yaesu] Re: Part for FT-100

Gregory,
The service manual that I have is for the FT-100/FT-100D and both radios
have the same transistor. I called Yaesu service today and asked if they
had any suggestions as to who may have the transistor and they suggested
RF Parts(this company was recommended by another reflector reader as
well). A quick call to them revealed that they do not have it. If yours
is still working 100% then now might be the time to unload it while they
are still bringing good money.
Paul, N5PS
P.S. I also checked with AES and Burghardt's service department and they
don't have any. They are both at a loss as to what to do about it too.
