[Yaesu] [TECH SUPPORT] VX-5R power plug vibrates out

I have a recently acquired Yaesu VX-5R which I use primarily as a mobile.
Toward that end I am trying to rig it for hands free use.
One problem is that the power plug chronically vibrates out of the
EXT DC jack.

Have others experienced this problem?
What was the cure?
Is there a clip, cage, or other technique that can prevent this
happening?
