I was wondering....what does it matter?
Pitch it, and find another on ebay.
There are two camera batteries that are the same thing. One for ...I dunno 
Minolta, and
one for Canon...or something like that.

My battery to my VX-2 has after 1,5 year lost its capacity. TX hi power just 
after recahrging makes the low batt symbol to light up. I removed the 
battery and found it hard to remode the cover. The battery is much thicker 
in the center now. I can not put it back as the cover wont go on. Is the 
battery about to explode?
