[Yaesu] Address of Yaesu Tech Rep

Hi Gang,

I need the Email address of the Yaesu technician who is available via Email
to answer queries.
I had it and have contacted him in the past but have misplaced it.

If any of you are solid-state knowledgable maybe you can answer my question.
It involves
opening the lead from the two AGC resistances, two in series I presume with
a push
button to short out one for full gain. Pushing the button in inserts the
extra resistance in
series which reduces the gain. The push button is labeled "ATT" meaning
attenuate.

I need to bring out the bottom end,which in conventional circuits is
grounded, via small
co-ax to an additional variable resistance outboard.

Being a dyed-in-the-wool vacuum technician I have not gotten grips with
solid state
equipments so am very hesitant to do anything without consultating someone
who is
well versed in transistor and intergrated circuitry.
