[Yaesu] FT-2400 Problem

I think there is an  adjustment you can make from the manual.  28.8 is a
long way off and I don't know if the adjustment would take care of it.
Sounds like it may be something else since it appears it may be reading
exactly double what it is supposed to.  Diode blown?  Just wanted you to
know about the adjustment (on ft1500 at least, probably same).
