[Yaesu] TCXO-1

I have a 1998 build FT-1000. I wanted to verify what TCXO is in the radio.  I 
would expect to see the can on the board marked as the TCXO-1 but it is not.  
In the manual drawing of the two units I see one board with a smaller can and 
 the TCXO-1 having a the large can and shown marked as such.
 
Could someone lead me in the right direction here?
