[Yaesu] FT100D Out of Band

I mainly operate 30 & 40m CW.  During the winter
months, I slip down to 80m occasionally.  Now my
FT100D displays an out of band message for 3.530 and
other legal cw freqs.  160 also shows out of band for
legal freqs.

Sounds like a firmware problem, any suggestions?
