i just returned from dayton. we all know that the icom 7800 is an amazing
radio and is $11,000.  the FTDX9000 dwarfs the 7800 and will list at
$13,000. it is an unbelievable rig. both meters are actual analog and it has
a huge world screen tft along with a monster digital freq display. it really
is huge...  larger than the ft1000d...  probably 30-40% bigger.  a real work
