[Yaesu] FT100d

INRAD doesn't make any filters for the FT100D.  They
say that can't make filters that small, but then they
make filters for the FT817????  Anyway, that is the
one drawback to the FT100D, is lack of a narrower SSB
filter.  The PBT will work a little, but it is still
at the audio level, so the AGC is still affected.  THe
FT857 will take both a CW and a SSB filter.
