[Yaesu] FS: FIF 232C

While looking for something else I came across a used FIF-232C.  It was 
for an other Yeasu radio that I no longer have.  Untested, but the 
power light comes on.   At the worst it would be a good case to put a 
couple of the MAX chips in for the TTL to RS232 conversion.
