Now my $.02 worth,

I agree. I have Direct TV and it is a very good system compared to Dish
Network. But one night I was watching a movie from Pay Per View and half way
through the movie there was a thunderstorm and I lost the picture. A few
days later I called to get a credit and the customer service is in India or
the Phillippines. I asked her what country she was from after ten minutes
explaining to her I wanted a credit. Of course she is not allowed to tell
the customers that. Later I asked her a question and her reply to me was " I
cannot give you that information because my mouse tells me no". For 4 bucks
it was easier to just hang up.
