Hello Fellows !
Due to the fact that the whole FT1000-Reflector seems to be dead or =
noone did ever have that problem I send this mail to the YAESU-Mailing =
list !
Please take care, I'm not a listed member and you can answer only =
directly to my adress [email protected] not by sending a mail to the list !
I won't read that !
Many thanks in advance for your help !

This was my Mail:
Good morning Gents !
I posted this some month ago and did not get any response !
Maybe wrong reflector or no solution ?
So I try it again and hope for any conclusion:
We do have several FT 1000 (D) (the old ones, but the best ones, HI) at =
the contest station DF0CG !
And we also use the DVS2-Voicekeyer-Module for Phone-Contest !
The problem:
When you play one of the 4 stored messages to call "CQ" for example the =
volume of it is much harder than the normal audio volume !
So lets say you are checking weak signals with low audio level on VFO B =
with dual watch at the same time while you are calling CQ on VFO A with =
the DVS 2, your ears are blown from your head....!
The volume of the DVS2 can not be adjusted with the monitor volume knob =
and grows or gets less when you turn the main volume knob.
But than also the main audio gets less or more....!
Is there any modification to save the ears a bit ?
I know that with a FT1000MP or even the Mark V does not have such are =
hard replayed message audio using the DVS2...!
Many thanks in advance !
