[Yaesu] HELP

I have a Yaesu FT-1000MP, when you turn it on it drifts just like the =
old tube rigs, then you have to let it warm up for abouthalf hour, then =
it stablizes, this rig is five years old, what is causing this and is =
there anyone that can fix this other then AES ????
