[Yaesu] HELP with VX5R and EVE 1.70

I have installed my copy of EVE into another PC and am having problems
writing to my VX5R.  It reads the VX5R without apparent problems.
When I go to write, it goes through the CLONE proces but at the end,
the radio gives a CLONE ERROR message.

I am running a P3, Windows 2000.
My first thought is what are the port settings supposed to be (Device
Manager)?

The software worked in two other machines.

Can someone help?
