[Yaesu] re pin diodes

What pin diodes are used in the FT-1000 Mark V or field version? I =
wonder if they are better than those in the original FT-1000D. I have =
some Hewlett Packard Part #5082-3081 which is what I used to upgrade the =
pin diodes in one of my Collins kwm-380 a few years ago but I am looking =
for the absolute best that is out there today.Thanks from Fern
