[Yaesu] Yaesu FT-212RH Mike Gain Control

I have a Yaesu FT-212RH with an owners manual, but no diagram. It appers that the mike gain is set a little high. Can anynoe tell me where the mike gain control is and its designation. I would rather reduce the mike gain instead of reducing the deviation control if possible. (I assume they are separate controls) Thanx and 73 Dave N9XU
