[Yaesu] FT-ONE problem help

Hello i have a FT-one since 1 month and i the FWD/REF + FWD set are not =
working.  The IC works so meter 1 is OK.
I look in the technical manual and i think that i can adjust it via ALC =
unit ??? So i turn TC7101 but no change.
Any idea ?
