This sounds very interesting, however, have Yaesu stated what options 
apart than bands may be installed?  I guess I'm thinking of filtering 
options as much as anything else.

The one common drawback of the VHF/UHF rig's that have been made available 
to date is that there were very few, if any, optional filters that could 
be installed.
