[Yaesu] Panic Message Update

Well -- this is bizarre. I was so depressed, I left the radio alone
for about 20 minutes -- it was still beeping and changing
frequencies when I left the room. About 20 minutes later I came back
and it was in normal mode!!!!

I really thought before I pressed a mode button, but then I did and
it switched correctly. Then I pressed a band button and it switched
correctly.

All is well. But I am totally mystified.

Just thought I would let you know that the Panic level has gone from
flaming red, to cool blue.
