I had both the receiver and transmitter manuals in my
hands to make copies of. Frankly, the schematics in
both the receiver and transmitter are so bad that
after making copies they are basically illegible!
Frankly, they are virtually illegible before making
the copies!
Badly drawn, extremely small components, component
values too small to be read without using a magnifying
glass, etc. Also the ink used was very light and the
quality of the paper was very poor.
Thus, the schematics, at least in the two manuals that
I had in my posession, cannot be used.
I have one of each unit that I consider to be
"project" units. The receiver is complete and the
transmitter is complete except someone has removed
most of the knobs. There is a broken coil form in the
2 meter converter section of the receiver but it is
all there. The receiver receives "sorta"! I have
never put power on the transmitter. Both have surface
corrosion on the chassis.
I'll sell or trade off these units if anyone is
interested!
I was going to try to post the manuals on BAMA, but
the quality is so bad that I didn't waste time or
bandwidth!
