[Yaesu] tuning knob sticks on FT-890AT

Hi Darrell.  No prob with double post it happens.
seems this problem has happened quite a bit before
understand Yaesu even knows about it and has fixed several units by
replacing the encoder
I brought mine to the repair shop.  Don't want to get inside all those
boards and parts and things.
