[Yaesu] FT-530

Indeed, the '530 will say HI, LO, or OFF and next time you access the
function it will go to the next setting.  Pressing the [Fm] key, release,
and then the [8] key.  Be quick about it because after accessing the
VOX setting it will go back to the usual display 2-seconds after you
last press the [8] key.
