I repaired a FT-620B last year, it was my first 6m rig. I can tell you that
there is no service manual available. I asked Yaesu and many other manual
sources and none of them were aware of Yaesu ever producing a service manual
for it. The schematics however are included with the manual, I can email
anyone a copy of the schematics in .pdf format if anyone needs them. I
scanned them last year from the manual so I could zoom and give my eyes a
break! HI HI

Scott, KB0NLY
