[Yaesu] FL2100Z: IP/SWR meter

My amplifier was with power on,  stand by position and the rig in rx mode.
Suddenly a great bang with a flash under the swr potentiometer/meter
selector. The IP/SWR meter was quite off, with the moving coil destroied.
The ht is ok and the amplifier works fine.......
Two questions:
a) any suggestion about the cause of the failure (R3-shunt interrupted?)?
b) where is it possible to find a new meter/shunt?
