[Yaesu] FT-990 S-meter bulbs

I gave up replacing filament lamps in my radios.  They generate heat and
don't last long.

I use high-brightness, colourless LEDs which come in all shapes and sizes.
Select an LED that matches the physical dimensions of the lamp, measure the
lamp voltage and calculate the appropriate dropping resistor.  You will do
the job for the last time.
