[Yaesu] FT-100D vs. IC-706MKIIG

I just went through this decision. I picked the
FT-100D for two reasons. One is it comes with a 500Hz
CW filter installed. That is another $100 for the ICOM
also it has a DTMF mic with it.
Also, it can use the ATAS-120 screwdriver without a
control box which is good for the mobile in my opinion.
BTW, Gigaparts will match any price and include
shipping on any order over $200. So I got both the
ft-100d and seperation kit devliered for $779. Pretty
good I thought. I don't work for them, just a happy
customer.
