[Yaesu] Difference between Yaesu YF and XF Filter markings ?

Hello Richard,

As far as I know there is no difference at all.

I have used many Yaesu XF- and YF-filters in my FT-1000MP, Mark V and 1000D
and never observed any difference in the way of working.

The only difference is the way how Yaesu uses it in the catalogues, the
boxes and on the filters.
