[Yaesu] FP-29

Anyone have any experience with this supply failing?  Just tried to switch my 
FT-1000 MK5 back on after a 7 day vacation and the supply starts to power up 
then shuts down.  I unplugged it from the radio and have the same problem:

Red light comes on.  After 1/2 to 1 second there is a faint click.  The ready 
light dims and goes out.  Watching with the cabinet off, the fan twitches 
when power is applied but no other power pass thru is observed.  122.5 volts at 
the wall and at the board.  

I don't have a schematic so can't trace effectively.

Any ideas?
