[Yaesu] FT 211 Stuck on transmit

My FT 211 gets stuck on transmit and it will not release until I unplug =
the microphone.
It is not the microphone, it gets stuck with a second microphone.
Some times I hear static coming out of the speaker during transmit.
Any tips ?
