[Yaesu] Yaesu FT-90

Hello all,
I'm new to this list but a long time Yaesu user. My question involves
the FT-90
mini dual band mobile. I'm considering this rig for the wife's car since
she insists
on something small and inconspicuous. I was told by a dealer that there
had been
an unusually high return rate on these radios. Something about the 440
side going
out. He said the return rate was as high as 30% for this problem. Has
anyone
experienced a lot of problems with the FT-90? I have had a 5100 for many

years without a minutes trouble. Would hate to get a rig that is problem
prone.
