[Yaesu] ft8500

anyone know where i can get a manual for the FT-8500? interested in owners 
manual and schematic and a service Manual....or does anyone know what parts 
control the power on feature of this radio...i have 13.6 Volts at rear of radio 
but it will not power up at all...Help
