[Yaesu] VX-1 Programming

I just got a VX-1 with ADMS-E Software and Programming cable.  I am able to
read from the radio to the computer but cannot send from the computer to the
radio.   The minute I try to send to the radio, it returns from C-IN back to
CLONE and stays there.  Have reset both the computer and radio several
times.  Even did a hard CPU reset in the radio.  I have created several
templates with different setting and no luck.  Do I have to change the
serial port baud rate in the bios?
